Grand Mouse/Rat

The Grand (French for large ) is a stately 10-inch high (25.4 cm) character that can be made in either a Rat (as shown) or Female (mouse) style taking a minimum of 60 hours to complete.

With this character you can add the “Grand Outfit” for additional whimsy and personality.

My characters have a whimsical storybook quality and are very detailed with shading and layering making them come alive, capturing a depth of personality, love, and innocence in their faces. They can take between 30 and 80 hours to complete (without clothing/accessories), and they are made from locally and ethically sourced 100% sheep’s wool with a sturdy stainless-steel wire armature allowing them to bend and hold items (teddies, food trays, books).  The character’s body colour can be natural (off-white), or natural (off-white) with an appliqué – grey, or tawny (red brown) or brindle (grey/tawny and a little black).  I can guarantee your character will be of the highest quality with attention to every detail.

All characters can take 4-12 weeks to complete based on the character queue.
